Medicom was established in 2013 as a family business. Sigalit and Nissim Jacob, the founders of the company, set out to provide peace of mind to clients in the office printing sector. They built connections with factories abroad, began importing well-known brands to Israel, and established the private brand APS (Advanced Printing Solutions), which has since gained a strong reputation as a reliable and professional brand in the Israeli printing market.
A few years ago, Medicom expanded and acquired the company Graph-Pan, thereby entering the wide-format printers and recycled ink production sectors. This allowed the company to offer more cost-effective solutions to its clients and promote an important value for environmental protection.
Over time, the company has added products, built relationships with additional companies, grown, and expanded into new areas of activity, and today it provides a wide range of solutions for the business sector in one place.
Due to the growth in recent years, Medicom has become the official distributor for AudioCodes, which provides a wide range of products and infrastructures for high-tech companies, government institutions, the municipal sector, and business clients in the economy.
Another area that is developing within the company, stemming from its understanding of client needs, is the implementation and placement of quality personnel in the fields of high-tech, software development, and AI within the security sector.
